Thanks for your attention. My order ID is 8128898502009411. USPS confirmed that the package was shipped back to the seller, but I cannot proceed dispute for the items as it's still under transit. I will be fine if the new package can be shipped but seller wants to keep 'one shipment per one order' policy and saying they can't ship another before they receive the returning package. It is not that I totally don't understand their policy, still it is not reasonable for me waiting this long with nothing wrong done from my side
