I recently bought these Kanon MD-52 IEM at Ebay (Cycloney store) for $15. I found these through reading on a different forum about these relatively cheap earphones sounding amazing on Meizu and Teclast players.

Since I already have a Sony A816 and mind you the bundled IEM earphones on this already sound amazing, I bought these Kanon MD-52 as spare being so cheap. Boy that was my best decision. These have replaced the bundled Sony earphones as my regular earphones. The sound is amazing with the mids and highs perfectly balanced. The bass is buttery smooth and really gets low in frequency without the extreme pounding. I have UE Super-fi 3 and JBL 220 IEM to compare with and in my opinion they don't sound as good as the Kanon MD-52.

Give it a try!

Thanks for the advice. I just purchased a pair (also for my Sony A816 and an iPod Classic), and will post my impressions as well. I have Koss KSC75's and love them, but need something that doesn't leak for when I'm in bed.

Anyone else tried these Kanon MD-52's? I'm not expecting miracles, unless perhaps its a miracle at its price point ($13). Somewhere near my old VModa Vibe Remix would be fine (which were a moderate upgrade over stock Apple buds.)
