2005 M 0102 is the newest version right?

Suggest you confirm with Turner Myers at AKG service in the US (615) 620-3838 or

0101 is the normal version. I was lucky 0102 was discontinued, otherwise I would have ended up with too much bass

, I already hate the bass now. They should make 0103 with less bass for European users.

Hi Patrick,

The 2005M0102 was a special variation we once made for a customer in the US. According to the sound expectations of the average American these capsules had a slightly increased bass while the high frequencies were attenuated. Such capsules were only made over a short period of time, only for America and are no longer available.

Kind regards

Karl

0101 = Normal version
0102 = Special bassy version

How do you tell what one you have? I thought I read somebody contacted AGK, 101 is the old one with more bass, and 102 is the new one with less bass.

It is my understanding that the special customer in America was Disney.
