im guessing my clip zip isnt optimal for the 200s.  They sound way different out of my Lyr vs the Sansa.  but the bass is a bit much via the lyr.  moar power, more bass!!!

They better sound good out of the clip - how can you have a clip party otherwise???

Another thing I'm wondering about it how many people enjoy wearing them hanging down (ie NOT over the ears). I find that I'm not a big fan of over the ears fiddling (I need to take them out and put them in quite often). For example, my fxd70's only really stay in well (and with a deep enough insertion) by wearing them over the ears. But because I'm not a big fan of over the ears, they sadly don't get as much play time as they deserve. So hopefully people are enjoying the 100/200's hanging down.

In my collection right now as it stands. It is FXZ200> FXZ100>=CKS1000 >XBA-3.. I like owning an earphone no one else owns on all of headfi.. Yes I am talking about my CKS1000..I have one and you don't but truth be told the FXZs are what you guys should be looking at.. If the FXZs didn't exist I would be all about the CKS1000 right about now.

If your fxz200, fxz100, cks1000 and xba3's didn't exist right now, you would be all about the tdk mt300's lol!

Seriously though, I might have to join 'ol eke2k6 in the selling process so that I can justify some of these brain woofers

I had a hard time trying to wear them over the ears getting them to fit, so I wear them down. I also have them shallow in the ears itself. No problems there.

No one in this thread who has them in the US has been charged customs so far. Me included. I'd think you're safe.

Yes, and Yes. I still love my XBA-3s but the FXZ100 is one over them. The FXZ200s is my favorite.

(pause) They are my subs!"

Gotta say it with pride. You just ain't uber sound geek without one.

Have to wonder how the new from Japan Sony  XBA-30's and XBA-40's sound, or if they are only cosmetic changes to the XBA series. Still, depending on if and how much improvement, then they could rival the FXZ200's, don't you think??
