First post.
Results from this set-up makes listening to tracks sound like you're literally at a concert imo.
My music taste is Jazz/Electronic/Future such as Beats Antique, Flume and Polish Ambassador.

Hardware:
Asus Xonar sound card
Fiio Amp (Like £15ish)
V-Moda m100 Headphones

Software
Xonar DG audio centre
DFX Audio Enhancer
WMP
Jet Audio

Settings and Tweaks

    WMP
Crossfader on 10sec

    Xonar DG
Audio Ch :8 Ch
Dolby HP on
Exciter Mode On
Sample Rate 96
Environment Carpeted Hallway Large
EQ Sliders set to rock, then average them out, so 120 & 250 raise and 2k & 4k lower

   DFX Audio
Fidelity 1
Ambience 4
Dynamic Boost 1

  JetAudio
Wide 25%
Reverb Stadium 25%
x-Fade on Full
x-Bass 25%
X-Surround 30%
BBE Viva 20%

Adjust Fiio accordingly and use Xonar for master volume

Download some generic abient crowd sounds for free from the net such as cheering at concerts.
Play all of those on repeat shuffle through WMP set between 50 to 80% vol on WMP.
Then just play individual tracks or playlists in Jetaudio

I'm no expert on anything and don't understand perhaps the terminology or what would go good with what, without having actually pushed all the buttons and fiddled with the sliders to see what sounds good myself. Iv'e never known anyone who could say 'oh you want to get the very best out of HP's, then this is what you need..' kind of thing.
So I'd be interested to hear if anyone who enjoys the same, but with more of an expertise, would look at this and think, yes that's kindof how I have it, or if actually it appears as if I'm and idiot and this would be an awful set-up :D
