As the title says. I won it on ebay. Winning bid was $2.50. Shipped for $9.00 total. I fear that this is going to my first in a long line of vintage pcdps.

Congrats. Around last xmas, I won a Sony D-T2 (I think same as D-2 but has AM/FM) for like $0.99. Gotta love those occasional amazing deals you can get on eBay. Unfortunately, it's a pretty crappy sounding player to my ears, but I hate to sell it cuz it looks so cool and is built so well

Nice deal! The D-141 isn't too bad. It was my very first CD player of any kind, back in 1996. I dropped it in 97' and it broke. As a replacement I got a D-232, which is the D-141 but with ESP. It was my only CD player for 8 years. Really sad and pathetic, but I didn't know any better...

hmm.. didn't I post this same exact reply in another thread when you bought up your D-141 deal?

I won a D-475 for $5.50 canadian nearly 2 weeks ago. It is a D-465, same 20 second ESP and digital optical out. I'm still waiting for it to arrive though... I wonder if I got scammed? At that price I don't care really. here:
ebay

I think that beats your D-141 deal

the 475 is identical to the 465 (sans cosmetic differences), the 75 was the european version.... thats my understanding.

hah, it really is a small world!

I think 90% of all old pcdp's sold on ebay go to head-fi members!
If the D-475 was the Euro version, then maybe it has that really low volume output, between 1-5 mw?
