Good to see you up to your old tricks Ken36 :p

tru blu, you should have split up your list, woulda been good for about 20 posts...

I'm taking "beautiful" as meaning softer sound, lilting/sultry voices and introspective voices, romantic/uplifting or downright sexy moods, or plain old shiver inducing. When looking at the 'grand scheme of things', I don't know how metal can be considered beautiful (although I love a lot of metal).

Bel Canto - Shoulder to the Wheel
Cocteau Twins - Pitch the Baby
Arvo Part - Tabula Rasa
Hungry Lucy - You Are
Dead Can Dance - Rakim (especially the live version... shivers)
Deep Forest - Sweet Lullaby
Frou Frou - Psychobabble
Imogen Heap - The Moment I Said It
Gotye - Hearts a Mess
Massive Attack - What Your Soul Sings
Something For Kate - Whatever You Want
Amelie OST
XTC - Knights in Shining Karma
Chandeen - most songs from Teenage Poetry
Michael Stearns - The Storm (whole album)
Robert Rich - the ablums Somnium and Below Zero
Geinoh Yamashirogumi - the album Ecophony Rinne
Synaesthesia - Desideratum (the 2nd CD)
Depeche Mode - Ultra (Dave Gahan's voice!

)
Love Spirals Downwards - Idylls (album)
Halou - Wiser (album)
Requiem In White - Of The Want Infinite (album)
Vashti Bunyan - Another Diamond Day
Joanna Newsom - Ys
