I have the Denon AH-C551's, but they just don't fit in my ear well. I've tried teh foam ear tips that came with my Super.fi 3's, so I want to buy some foam tips. I've looked at the Comply foam site, but I don't see any for the Denon AH-C551. So what are good tips for the Denon AH-C551? I've been using teh smallest one.

$100? May be I should get those. I'm about to move to Japan though. I wonder if I could get impressions and get the headphones by July 28th. I don't even know that brand though. Does anyone else know? May be I should just go with the Comply foam.

Everybody is crazy about them but they might be FOTM. Ive read a couple reviews and most people say the FreQ show are in the same class of the UE11s and some prefer the livewires to the freQ show, so go figure...

My cousin decided to buy high end earphones after having tried my HD650 and being in total awe for 3hours when i practically took them by force from his head

.

I am going to ask for direct comparissons between tthe livewires and the freQ show because i havent been able to find anything using the search feature.

The fact that customs are available at such price kinda makes me regret my recent purchase of the triple fis (which havent even been delivered yet

). Hopefully I will love them so much that we wont be buying two sets

As for the impressions, on the freQ page they sell a kit that allows you to take your own impressions and send them to them to build your customs. It's only 20USD.

Sometimes, some just don't fit your ear. The Denons don't fit my ear, neither do the UE, Shure, or Ety's. Only the Westone fit my ear.

It's a shame too...cause I really want to give them a fair stab, but regardless of what tip I used, they just didn't sound right.

Yeah, me too. I guess no one wants to buy a cheap custom IEM.

They have FreqShows and Super Freqs, not the single driver Control Freq.
