Hey guys, I have a few questions about these headphones-

1.I heard a lot about the cracking problem so I want to keep them safe as much as possible. The seller recommend me to put them back to their case every time I am done using them. As you know to put them back you have to "play" with them, turn the earpads and things like that. I'm afraid that if I do it few times per day it maybe even make the cracking problem more possible. What do you think ? Maybe just leave them on the desk like they were on my head ?

2. The Google assistant seems to fail at tasks I command her when I using the button on the headset, but when I go manually to the Google assistant (not using the button) and ask her the same thing she knows how to do it. ( In that case send voice message or regular message on WhatsApp) Anyone face it too?

3. If I choose the button on the headset for the Google assistant, where can I choose between NC, Ambient mode, and off? Maybe in the app?

I can answer #3 for you. To use the NC and ambiant, you have to do a long press on the button that is NOT the power button and it will alternate between ambiant on an off,than ANC.
As for#1&2 I have no cracking and I use alot, when not using I just shove them in my pack sans case.
As for Goggle, don't use at all.
I love the sound with these on my X30 and N5

I don't even use the case,to lazy to go thru all the trouble of opening and closing the case.
I guess what I'm saying is they are tougher than written about. That being said, I wouldn't use them as a hammer or anything.
First time I used them I smashed my head on the bus getting on it, bi scratch on head band, big lump on my head.
But the music kept playing on
