Loving the sound sig of these cans.
However, they feel like they are crushing my head.
 
Does this weaken over time?
 
Also, any other pads I should be looking into? The stock ones are nice but I wouldnt mind a material that potentially breathes a little better?

You can by the headphone rings straight from hifiman I think, and then put on any pads you want (hm5, alpha dog, etc.)

Right but which are considered the most conducive to this sound sig?
And which are most comfortable?

I know people like the alpha pads on the 400s so Id assume the same concept would apply. As for comfort that's up to personal preference.
