Tried the Trinity earlier, I think it’s absolutely fantastic. Solaris, Andromeda and SD5 can stand aside. Unfortunately it’s very expensive too.

Roughly the price of the VE8 and with quite innovative tech I'd say they kept it sensible whatever that means this days in TOTL prices... I am quite interested by what their signature is, the rest as I said is more different flavors that "this one takes them all" and is number one

$2750 for Trinity vs. $2400 for Khan vs. $2300 for Z1R vs. $1500 for Solaris...

If I end up liking all of them, might just end up getting whichever one goes on sale first

Honestly, I agree with @davidmolliere - at that level of performance, you're really splitting hairs, and it's a question of preference more than anything. (Well, it's always about preference, but even more so when comparing two of the best IEMs out there.)

Personally, the fact that you're not forced into using the accompanying amp/dac, the ability to design your own IEM, and tuning switches would really be the main reasons I'd take Flamenco over KSE1500.
I'm planning to buy Flamenco not KSE1500, so please don't say any good things about KSE which makes me more curious. :)
Solaris is really great earphone that have a real "wow" factor. Let me listen Joe Cocker tonight.
great choice, you will love the flamenco, congrat!

Tell us more about Trinity.. :) Did you try the SS or brass version?

Think it was the brass one. Very energetic and presentation is to my liking. No one aspect particularly stands out from the other, sounds balanced and tuned to my preference. However I do not think it sounds like what a SGD3.6K IEM should; SGD2K sure.

Solaris doesn’t sound like a SGD2K++ IEM to me either. Rather it comes across as a refined Andromeda. SGD1.5K for Solaris is a fair value I guess. Musicality and micro detail goes to Solaris than Trinity by a small margin.

Does any IEM sound like it's worth SGD3600 (~$2750)? Not sure if I’ve heard an IEM yet that I’d happily pay over 2k USD for.

Doubt there is. But I can name one IEM which produces a sound fitting that of those from higher leagues considering the price paid.

Etymotic ER4SR. MassDrop purchase at USD275 iirc

Loving my Flamencos, but tempted everyday by Trinity.

Honestly, if Trinity = Flamenco details/musicality + DD bass + big soundstage I can retire happy. Mostly bcos I'll be broke.

The Flamenco may have it in the musicality and body departments. But then again, I haven't heard the Brass Trinity yet.

Hey everyone! I’m looking to buy a pair of Jomo Flamenco Universal today from the Jomo website. I was wondering what the difference is between the “ready to ship” and the “made to order” options. Are there any downsides to ordering it “ready to ship,” or no?
