I've been looking and scouring for a pair of headphones that are tailored to my tastes, yet everything seems to have some downsides. My preference for sound is something warm, and more of a focus on prominent mids and rich lows.

The one pair of headphones that I've been looking at were the DT770 250 ohm version, but it seems that the mids are recessed and consist of the complaints about them. I was going to pair them with the Nobsound NS-08E.

For the most part I listen to different types of electronic music with vocals in them, and the occasional pop song.
Exemplified by songs like
  • Caro Emerald - A Night Like This
  • PETIT BISCUIT - Sunset Lover
  • Skrux - Blue Rose
  • Blackmill - Let it Be
  • Flarve - Holes
  • MaLuca - Forever
  • Billy Who - Raise A Glass (Lucian Remix)
Any recommendations would be nice, it being portable or open/closed back do not matter.

I think you have discovered the truth about our hobby, which is, there is no perfect headphone. There is always a downside of some sort or other. For your interests, I think you might look at a Fidelio X2, on the open side. It has excellent bass extension and very good mids. A huge soundstage. There is also the HD598, which has less bass extension than the X2, but has the mids you are seeking, IMO. Comfortable, too. A big soundstage as well. If you can stretch, I would steer you to a MEZE 99 Classics for the closed option. Otherwise, I like the closed NAD HP50 a lot for your interests. It sounds excellent and is largely neutral (unlike the X2) You might read about these and see what you think. It's possible one could work for you.
