Rob N.,

Last time I spoke to Joe he didn't seem to have any plans of discontinung his service on them. I think he expressed to me that he was running low on spare parts, but that he would continue repairing until their expiration.

FYI he's not the friendliest person on the phone until you kiss his **** a bit.

Joe just read this and put Gopher on his "Install SR40 drivers upon next service check" list.

I have a pair of HP1's where the channel balance is skewed to the right hand side by a noticeable margin.

Sorry. That probably wasn't very nice/fair of me... for all I know I caught him on two bad days when I spoke with him on the phone.

FYI my description of him was not as bad as might be assumed. Mods editted with 4 stars, but I did not give him a four letter word description.
