Ok,the jh16 impression thread is full of order status and dates scattered around and i thought we can collect all the informations in one thread so that we have a reference and for future customers to know the wait time.

3 months to make??I already sent an email to them to tell me the turnover time for my jh13 and waiting for their response(which is by the way lacking).But one thing for sure,I won't wait that long.

I asked about this 2 weeks ago and was told 5-10 day turnaround from receiving molds.. seems not.

i sent them an email and asked them if it will take two months to make,to refund me back.
i know many of you will say i am impatient,but thats not the case.i dont care if it is the best product available,i wont wait that much for it. i find this ridiculous.just the same as pico slim situation.
i may get hd800 instead if they say it will take that much to make.i payed $1200 and i expect nothing but stellar service which i havent found till now.

Mine was a preorder... They didn't start making JH16's until March. To avoid further confusion I'm going to edit my post.

I hope mine come soon as Tommy's are shipping this week and my earmolds were there a whole week before his.  People's whos earmolds were received in April seem to just be getting theres now.

Hard to say. They seem to be in a mess. My order status was never updated on their website. Emails were not replied promptly.

i am hugely dissapointed by jh service...hugely! they dont respond to my emails either Brittany or the customer service,there is no update whatsoever and they received my molds 6 days ago and didnt email me of that or updated my account status.
frankly,i just want my money back,i dont like this type of service even if the product is top notch.
Also i am annoyed because they didnt tell me before i ordered that jh13 will be delayed as jh16.i thought that the drivers delay was for the 16 thus i purchased the 13 because of the wait time.
 
If they are at mess right now because of the huge amount of orders,why didnt they say this at their site?why didnt they say it will take more than 5 days to make the iems after receiving the impressions?
 
i said my rant.
