Well I got my 5G nano yesterday and the two match up very well together.
There is a slight bump around 100hz. I'm going to try the itunes eq trick and see if it can be eliminated.
It is the perfect pocket sized setup...lol

well then i guess we have a whole bunch of ppl who have customs but never bothered to tweak the fit. because from what i've been told, its supposed to give 25-30db of noise isolation. which would mean you shouldn't even hear the bus or the train at all. let alone talking or drums.

I can hear people whispering across the room without IEMs in, why wouldn't I be able to faintly hear people talking at a normal/loud level with my 25dB of isolation IEMs in?
We are talking about without music playing. You should be able to hear plenty of things with 25dB of isolation earplugs in (same thing as IEM), and if you can't I would say you have an abnormally high minimum hearing threshold.

This is exactly my experience. If you think about it a foam tip will have better sound deadening properties than a hard acrylic resin will provide.

Those look amazing. Now I'm really considering getting a pair. Couple questions though...
$399 is a relly good price, suprisingly good,is there a catch?
And how much does a pair of custom molds cost?
