Whatever the delay/lead time, the communication certainly has been less than stellar, especially considering the size of transaction and the requirement of payment up front.  All should be well if we get the systems in the next several weeks, but I'll definitely be more cautious dealing with these and other smaller companies in the future, regardless of the quality of their product.

Well.... there is a part on backorder and they are at the mercy of their supplier.  I know this is killing him since the JH3A for all intensive purposes is done.  Guys we just need to be patient here.  Cross two fingers for delivery in the next 2-3 weeks.  Facebook will have the official date AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
