Jecklin Float Ergo Model 2 repair?

Hello, my Ergo Model 2 is making a strange noise: When plays deep bass the left side makes a sound like "Clippp", like something is hitting the diver.

I e-mail the factory and they told maybe a hair went to driver and it's making that strange noise....but in IMOH I think the driver is screw** UP !

Anyone with the same problem?

If I replace the old driver for a new one, I think the sound will not be correctly balanced, am I wrong?
Is it dificult to replace drivers in these cans? I think the drivers are glued to the headphones body..
