This is the 2x9v non-rechargeable circuit version. The amp is in good condition and 2 rechargeable batteries are included. The opamp is the standard OPA2227P.
 
The only difference from stock is that the knob for the potentiometer has been changed to an aluminium black version as is visible in the photos (I swapped over the knobs from my O2 and cMoyBB).
