Jbl 410 - Akg k26p clone?

I know both Akg and Jbl are parts of harman international, but are those cans are clones, or Jbl's are tweaked ones? At least headband os more comfortable, if they could improve sound it'll be great.

i havent heard either but there was a thread a while back when staples had the jbls on sale for $20 and i remember people saying they were more or less just rebranded. Only one person seemed to have listened to both the k26p and the 410s and according to them it was the same.
