Jay Visteon - is it a JVC OEM - Very popular at taobao/tmall

I was going though taobao/tmall for some of the popular JVC IEMs and found a lot of listings with the heading - Official Authorized JVC/Jay Visteon.
 
Are Jay Visteons fakes?

A normal JVC HA-FXT90 is about $100, but JVC/Jay Visteon are cheaper at $66 (Y398):
