I've lost one of my shure e2 sleeves

Hello.
I used only the transparent mid-size sleeves that came with the shure e2 earphones. Now one of them is lost, and I have to use either the foam sleeves or the black, which I don't like quite much.
Is there any chance to get another of those hard transparent sleeves?
I've noticed that replacement sleeves are avaliable only for e3, e4 and e5.
Can't I use them on my shure 2e?

No, the hole in the middle is bigger with the E2. You can buy the PA757 replacement sleeves, though, at EarphoneSolutions for example.
