500+ Head-Fier
Greetings Head-Fi'ers!
After a long hiatus from using headphones on a daily basis, it's great to see the Head-Fi community going strong. Eleven years ago, it began with a purchase of a pair of Sennheiser HD-280s, and grew to buying a Meier Audio Corda Arietta, a Sennheiser HD-650, an ESI Juli@ for my Mac desktop, and as many FLAC encoded albums as I could afford at the time. Today, the Arietta and HD-650 is still going strong, and just added an Audioengine D3 DAC and a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7 headphones, along with a subscription to Tidal HIFI. I see a DAP and another DAC/Amp in my future, since this Hi-Res Audio popularity thing is intriguing. Anyways, it's great to see all of you still enjoying the headphone obsession!
