Well, I have just about finished my Pimeta. I am using a hammond metal case. I know that my dc input jack needs to be isolated. I am using one of the isolated Neutrik headphone jacks. Do I need to isolate my RCA inputs?

the point of isolating things is to keep the circuit ground from touching the -ve potential off the powersupply. If you isolate the power input then the rest is fine. Or you can run the power input non isolated then you need to isolate the input and output jacks and keep the baord away from the case too.

Things get slightly more complicated with amps with a ground channel since the output ground needs to be isolated from everything.
