Is this a reputable headphone seller?

Hi. I can get a pair of HD650 for $306 from Comp-U-Plus Direct. This beats other prices by at least $80, almost too good to be true. They say they have them in stock. Is this a good price? Is this a reputable seller?

I was going to get an HD650 from them, but I live in NYC, and I would have to pay tax, because they are in state. I beleive they have a do not return policy, where if something is wrong, you have to send them to the manufacturer for repairs, instead of getting a replacement.
