Is this a good Setup?

Hey guys,

I am thinking of Revamping my Headphone setup

I currently use a Technics RP-F350

And I've read around and found some Good headphones in my Country,

I am thinking of going with the Sennheiser HD595 with the iCute Beyond Amp and I am hooking it up to a X-Fi Fatality Soundcard.

Do you think this is a good setup?
