Not sure what your definition of inexpensive is, but you might look into an HD599 and see what you think. It has fairly good bass IMO. If you are talking more like, maybe, 50 bucks US or so, then you might check out a Superlux HD681 Evo. Very nice and reasonably high quality bass at its price in an overall pretty nice headphone.

HD599 is a bit too high for me. I mean i can afford it but not justify it hehe. Been looking at the Superlux.. They are about $75 CAD here. How open are they? The don't look very open, heh.

They are semi-open. Soundstage is pretty good at the price.

Superlux HD330 is about as open, cheap, and bassy as it gets.
