Is there something I can get off amazon that would work as a dusk filter for earwax or dust?

Had a bit of a nightmare with blessing 2's and some earwax which forced me to realize no matter how good I clean my ears, crap is still going to be in there and its going to find a hole. Managed to clean it thankfully over time, but Given I can't even find a video of anyone applying them, I decided to ask here if anyone know of anything large enough to work of amazon.

I know there are tips that have some degree of a filter in them, however I also found my ears need very large tips and not every large tip feels great in it so I likely wouldn't be able to use those. I also heard, not seen, that because of how the blessing 2 now dusk is shaped, getting the filter on them and then a tip is a chore that will see many filters destroyed in the process.

Comply IEM tips have a built in filter and much easier to keep clean. They come in different sizes and on Amazon.
