Is there any difference in sound between the ALO Continental V1 and the V2 amps?

I was wondering if there were any other differences besides the battery time and the gain switch?
 
Would these drive the Senn HD-25's with no problem? 
 
I as thinking of pairing this amp with my CLAS DAC.
