Is there a problem with the drivers in a CD3K?

Well I've read 2 or 3 threads already where the owner has replaced the drivers. Is this an isolated situation or inherent to Sony CD3K?

ps. These phones are the only where I've read/heard the phones were replaced.

Thats so not true. You haven't been reading/hearing enough

I think all headphones have failure rates, even the highest end R10s I believe. so as I said, there's nothing to worry about.
