is there a  bluetooth transmitter & receiver with a very low latency ?
 
i would like to try connected to my line out and a receiver to my headphones
 
just to make a test
 
i have always used the cable because i guess it's the best
 
but just to try it

For some AV application? I'm not sure under what other circumstance one would care about latency in the context of consumer audio.

I'm sure there are plenty of professional wireless solutions that will fit bill... have you looked on sweetwater?

connect a trasmittitor in the line out of my desktop and receiver to my headphone
 
i tried once a receiver grado & sennheiser headphone , smartphone as player
they play pretty nice great , obviously never as connected to my cd player
