I have the Sennheiser PX100 & love it alot. This along with the Koss Portapro & KSC75 are the budget headphone kings below the $50 mark.

But I am wondering is their a portable headphone that tops all of these when it comes to good sound quality. It can be any price range (including $50 & up)???

I just looking for a good basic headphone without noise canceling etc...

NOTE: Headphones only...NOT earphones.

I've tried many portable headphones over the years and the PX-100s are still the king IMO. Based on the performance and the price, I honestly think it's one of the best deals you'll ever come across when it comes to consumer electronics.

The Koss Porta Pro headphones are my second favorite though.

In my opinion, the Ultrasone iCann is better but there a couple issues with this headphone.

1) I feel that it really needs a portable amp otherwise, it's a little too soft sounding for my taste.

2) It's a little too bulky and not really the best portablity.

Other than that, it's the best portable headphone that I've heard and I prefer it over the PX100 but the PX100 is also a worthy one too and better priced.
