Is the Headroom switchbox my solution?

I have an upcoming problem: Too many sources to listen to, too many amps to feed.
Once my AirPort Express network is installed I want to be able to feed both my Cosmic and my Exposure (speaker amp) from the same DAC (okay, from the same old MD-Deck doing the DAC) and from my (dual out) SACD-Player at the same time.
So I need something that will take the two sources and hand them both to the Cosmic, while also being able to loop out one of those sources to the Exposure.
Can the Headroom switchbox do that?
Headroom is a tad shy about describing the item on their site...
If I get the layout right I would put the SACD on input 1 or 2, and the DAC on input 3, as input three is looped out to the Exposure and the switched out hooks up to the Cosmic. Right?

I would also like to know if you had any negative experiences with the Headroom switchbox. I know HR provides excellent quality, but I have never been too keen on adding stuff to the signal path.

being a passive device the only limiting factor on the sound will be switch quality and this even is a non issue mostly.Even cheap rotary switch will sound good.
Where you run into trouble with a mechanical device is wear and reliability.some parts if garbage just can not take the use over time without crapping out from the wear. But in the case of Headroom i think this a non issue. If you look at the detail and construction methods of their amp offerings I don't beleive they would risk their reputation by offering an inferior or unreliable switch box so and it is in the end "only a switch" (inside joke that some here will get

That's why I considered them, I know their build-quality, and I do not fancy buying anything that is likely to crap out within a foreseeable timeframe. I can't afford that.
Maybe someone owning the thing can confirm that my planned setup is sound? I really hope it is, since the alternative is... to save up for a dual-input Max + a pair of Vampire splitters for the DAC

I have a big time major problem with splitters unless they are transformer isolated.Any two devices connected in parallel can and will cause interaction between the two impedances and in some situations can be audible, and not in a good way.Switches allow for the taking out of circuit what you do not want or need and are the best choice

Just what I fear, introducing a hum... I just dropped Tyll a mail regarding the switchbox's abilities.
