Is the Dansrue M01 and Agptek A01T Crossflashable?

Long time lurker, first post. I found a Dansrue M01 last weekend at a flea market for, a very cheap price and was wondering if it's the same device as the Agptek A01T?
Dansrue posted a firmware update for a few months back at v1.4 so it's not terribly important but I would like to try the official firmware from the manufacturer.

I emailed the company and they wrote back: Not compatible.
