Is the Bel Canto dedicated headphone amp at CES balanced or ICE power?

Firstly, it is not an officially released product, it may or may not go into production. From what I heard, it most likely will later this year. As it is NOT a power amplifier, it is not using an ICE Power module. It is a fully balanced buffer and headphone amplifier with balanced outs on the front panel.

Are those balanced?  They look like two 1/4" jacks.  Too bad it isn't ICE.  That would be really cool.

You can easily buy a t-amp for your headphones if you want to.  They can be gotten cheap
