Is such a device available?

I have a joy stick that has Pac Man and several other games built right in. Paid $20.00 at Target. I have this joy stick hooked up to a TV thru RCA Video cables. I would like to hook this joy stick up to my computer monitor which has VGA "D" plug input connector and an DVI input. Is there a device that will convert the rca video out to vga or dvi for my monitor. Thanx for any help....Rick

if i am not mistaken you can download most of those games freeee and run them on emulators.
