what does that mean? too bad i can get the pre-modified (better?) anymore...

I got both and use the E4s on the go, the px100 at home if I want to listen directly to a DAP and don't need the isolation.
Better or worse? Hmmm, mostly different. The px100 has more bass but less detail. Both are very much worth having IMO and if you already got the E4 and listen to a DAP without amp, adding the px100 is a good idea, since it's not very expensive.

Yea thanks guys, i might as well get one before i can get a full sized can.

The question is whether the revised version of px100 is better or worst than the original one. But I think I'm better off not knowing lol...

Well,I've compared the two of them(a friend of mine owns both),and definitely the E4 is waaaay better.My friend agrees with me.The px100s are just no rival for the E4s,believe me.And I like the px100,but they are in a different league.

I'd say the px100's are a step down in every matter.

I personally own the px100's and the er-6i's, which are a league down from the e4c's, and the px's sound rubbish near them

I agree with Nadavnaz,the ER6 are also much better,but not as good as the E4.

I own both, and I use the PX-100 exclusively at work. However, that's because of one overriding reason, which is the E4 isolate too much... I like to hear what going on around me.

For sound quality, the E4 are far superior, in every way.

Still, the PX-100 is great for the price. I like them a lot (just not as much as my E4).

i think the modded ksc75 beats the e4c, the sf5p and the e2c. I know the ksc isnt the px100 (but often they are considered similar overall, but with different signatures), but to me, the lower end iems just dont have the realness to their sound that actual phones have. Id listen to the ksc75 over any of the mentioned iems, if i didnt need isolation.
