I am in the process of setting a desktop rig. Neway, I have already received my keces 151 and and am currently using it to feed my little dot MK 1. The phones I am using are Senn EH150's. I have to crank the amp almost all the way up on a gain setting of 8 to get a somewhat decent listening vol.

Foobar 2k > ASIO4ALL > Keces 151 > LD MK 1

ok I have done some abXing between my ipod and my laptop setup. its def software based. my ipod and MK1 get plently loud on a gain setting of 2.
