Yes that other site is also russian, I've never used it but I have used allofmp3 and I can assure theres nothing "shady" about it.

Allofmp3 is ABSOLUTELY shady. Ask one question: does the money gained from this site go to the artists? If the answer is no, and it certainly is in this case, move on.

Quting Russian law is just asinine. It is a scam, you are basically paying people to bootleg records.

it is actually last i heared illegal to do that in russian but because of a very small loophole in their law it still is up.

I personally think the lawmakers in russia don't care what happens.
