Actually i've a qh 85 with ... nothing else, i'm listening my music on yt and in .mp3 in general, and i've some money to spend, so i'm looking for upgrade my setup, but the problem is : I dont know 1) If I will hear a very big difference between my actual headphone and another (I heard that the Philips X2 was great ?) 2) If I will hear a difference with my actual headphone and another when I will listen a music on yt or in .MP3 (Bad quality). 3) Which price I have to put in my new setup in order to hear a significant difference. Help pls ?

  1) If I will hear a very big difference between my actual headphone and another (I heard that the Philips X2 was great ?)

If there's a huge difference in the response curve between two headphones then one would need to be totally tone deaf or listening to material with a very narrow range of frequencies in it (which minimizes the ranges that can be heard differently), then yes.

  2) If I will hear a difference with my actual headphone and another when I will listen a music on yt or in .MP3 (Bad quality)

If the two headphones are different enough as described above, then yes. Otherwise, if the response graph is otherwise similar enough, then likely not.

That said, I use good IEMs for streaming, including YouTube. It still sounds a heck of a lot better watching YouTube music vids/concerts with my IEMs than stock earbuds for example.

3) Which price I have to put in my new setup in order to hear a significant difference. Help pls ?

It depends a lot less on price and more on the frequency response. You can get a relatively decent entry level IEM that has boosted bass but is otherwise neutral enough for under $100, and then you can get Grados or the Philips SHP9500 in the same price range.

To that end why not just get Grados? Unless you need a lot of deep bass, a lot of people I know - and not just the tone deaf, that includes my former bandmates - can very easily tell the difference on Grados compared to everything else.

It's only worth it if its worth it to you. If you can't hear the difference between 2 headphones or the difference in your opinion is not worth spending extra money then the answer is no. All the reviews and comparisons are subjective, what matters is what you like, what you can hear and what it's worth to you. I strongly recommend to go out and try different headphones before buying them and compare them to your own. This is the only way you can justify a purchase.

I was answering it in a more general and hypothetical manner, hence the "if."

As for the graphs, setting aside that they aren't the same scale and I didn't see any indication if there was any compensation applied on the QH85, it looks like there will be a noticeable difference in the treble region as the X2 rolls off earlier. The lower midrange down to upper bass region is flatter on the QH85 though.
