I want to upgrade my home stereo receiver. There are 4 big transistors and two identical chips on front panel. I cant find datasheet

Its old pioneer sx-335 and chips are 5218 with mitsubishi logo and another text is 8Y02R. They are 8 pin, 6X8mm size. I have found M5218AL its not the one i think.

Im going to build cmoy but still I want to upgrade this amp for my speakers.

I stopped reading the datasheet when I saw "The devices have virtually the same characteristics as the...741 operational amplifiers." This chip is a very poor choice for a headphone amplifier.

Im not sure its right datasheet. My chips has no letters, only numbers.
BTW, I noticed 1 more identical chip. Its where vinyl inputs are, that block is marked as "PHONO". I believe that this chip is opamp. How do you think?

Any recommendations what opamp to use ? I cant stand that noise any more :/
