Is it OK for my headphones if I always play my iPod at full volume?

I find not being able to hear any music at all is far less enjoyable. But you're like what, 16-17? So all that bad stuff always happens to other people, right?

I have the same headphones, and playing them at 100% all the time on an ipod is really loud. Like, ridiculously loud.

Hmmmm...I must have lost some of my hearing back when I had my subs in my SUV then lol.
