Is FastTech legit?

i want to pull the trigger on JVC FX3X listed on FastTech for $9.21, but am unsure if they are legit or not. The price seems to good to be true as these headphones are usually around 40$. They seem to have a good reputation online, but usually when there is a good deal such as this it usually ends up being a bad deal. Anyone have experience with this site? Thanks
