Are they reliable? They arent even up at the list of authorized dealers of AT.

Thank You.

I'll always bad mouth Beach when asked. I bought some camera lighting equipment labeled as new and it had obviously been used for a project and re-packaged and sprayed with some sort of 'like new' spray that still stinks when I open it up two years later. Be wary.

I've never heard of retailers spraying items in order to hide used goods, I've only ever seen it blatantly repackaged *cough*FutureShop*cough*

I bought my camera from Beach Camera. It was just as described, arrived quickly and they didn't try to screw me with unnecessary extras. I would buy from Beach Camera again.

I've purchased two digital cameras and a few other things from them. They arrived new, well-packaged, and in a timely manner. I'd have no hesitation about ordering from them in the future. Since I haven't had to call them for any reason, I have nothing to write about their customer service.

Looks to me like they don't care about customer service unless you complain and tarnish their company name.

Exactly. Their way of handling transitions is one of the worst I've ever heard. Their beliefs that regardless of their mistakes the buyer must handle the rest, is by far the lowest term of all the denominators. There will be no such thing as "at least they refund." Plus by knowing the fact that they would care less unless their name was tarnished on the web, there is no chance of me taking the risk for a pair of headphone that is worth over $200 for good. There will be no question or doubt about my decision now. With a company that plays around with money over 10K of their customers, not their own, there is no doubt that their buisness is worthless regardless of the fact that they were on the game since 85.

I've bought lots of stuff from them over the years... no problems.
