Hello, I have had enough with my ipod touch 4 and recently purchased nwz-a15. I like the sound quality but the problem is it doesn't display some of the foreign characters that half my music collection is in. If Ipod touch 5 sounds good enough (better than ipod touch 4), I want to return the walkman and get the ipod. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Have you updated the A15 to the latest firmware and installed Sony's Media Go software, see if it offers any "foreign character" support?

Once in awhile I think of replacing my Sony E474 with the newer Sony A15/A17.
I'm just not sure if the inner hardware on the A15 is improved over the E474 or if the A15 is only an improvement in exterior features and interface functions.
Do you think the Sony A15 sounds better then the iPod Touch 4?

For sure. I hear a noticeable difference in sound quality between ipod touch 4 and a15. I hear more details from a15. Equalizer is much easier to access from play screen than on ipod so that's another plus.
