IPOD line out noise

Few days ago When I connected my Headphone amp to IPOD line out, I fond very obvious noise. When I changed the connection to PC or to IPOD phone out, the noise disappeared.

I'm not sure the IPOD line out cable will involve in this case or not. But still now I have no idea that the cable's problem can bring a lot of noise to the amp.

anybody fond such kind of issues in your IPOD Video?
