I've been using a 160gb iPod Classic (circa 2010). I'm considering switching it out for the new Fiio X5 iii.
But I like the interface and using iTunes. (I know, everyone else seems to hate iTunes, but it does pretty much all I need.)
Would I get a good quality boost from just adding a decent portable headphone amp to the iPod, instead of switching to a new DAP?
I'm using V-Moda M-80 headphones.
