My iPod had that channel problem. Thanks to the update, it is fixed.

Hi Guys,
I'm having problems with my update. Prior to installing the update my IPod was working all fine. I just installed it yesterday and it seems to have screwed up my IPod. My Ipod now wouldn't even play music. It just skeeps skipping to the next song. Also Everytime I connect it to my computer it causes it to have a serious error and crash. Is there any solution for removing the updater? How can I format my IPod if I can't connect it to my computer?
