Good day! Take a newcomer to the iFi world)))
I recently bought an iPhono3 Black Label and have a few questions.
I am listening to vinyl on a Rega RP1 turntable, cartridge Bias 2. I used the calculator on the website and tried to get the iPhono3 Black Label settings, but I could not find information on the "Cartridge load" of the Bias 2. I selected the 100 pF Cartridge load, is that correct ? And I also wanted to ask, what do you think is the best turntable in the bundle iPhono3 Black Label - Forte F44 preamp - Forte F55 amplifier - Focal 936 acoustics?

Hello there, welcome aboard!

And I also wanted to ask, what do you think is the best turntable in the bundle iPhono3 Black Label - Forte F44 preamp - Forte F55 amplifier - Focal 936 acoustics?

We don't have any specific turntable recommendations but internally we use vintage Garrard 301 that has multiple mods applied to it and we're very happy with it.

We suggest asking directly the manuifacturer of your cartridge about a load value recommended for it, thanks!

Мы рекомендуем напрямую узнать у производителя вашего картриджа рекомендованную для него величину загрузки, спасибо!
Thanks for the quick response! I did not find this information from the manufacturer, and a search in the forums did not return any results. I'll try to write in support of Rega.

Asking at the source is a good idea, thanks!

Good day!
I have a few more questions for you)
I used to use a REGA MM phono stage, this phono stage sent the signal to the amplifier right after turning on the power. With the iPhono3 Black Label, I noticed that after connecting to the network, the Power on and TubeState® class A LEDs immediately light up, and the Ready LED lights up after a while, the signal on the amplifier also appears after a while. The signal level rises from barely audible to normal. I did not expect this, and when I heard a weak signal, I increased the volume of the amplifier, and at this time the signal from the iPhono3 Black Label increased, and the speakers played very strongly. I even got scared, thinking that they might burn out. Is the smooth increase in the signal level at the output of the iPhono3 Black Label normal operation of the phono stage? How long does it need to be given to return to normal mode?
Another question concerns EQ curve settings. Based on your experience, can you tell me what adjustment need to make in order to increase the treble level?

Thanks for your product and answers!
