I'll definitely, if it's due to come out soon. I need to replace my cracked screen one.

How the hell did you crack the screen? I have dropped my iPhone down two flights of stairs at school and only a dent on the back

I will have to see when it comes out. I had the iPhone for about a month and it is was nice but I need push email which is why I went back to a blackberry but if it has 3G and is better then the new 9000 BB, why not.

I might. Generally, I have access to Wi-Fi, so 3G isn't that important. EDGE has turned out to be OK for me checking e-mail and reading news aggregators.

For me, things like a bigger screen, lighter package, longer battery life, and more storage would get me to buy a newer model.

How did you do that? And... does the touchscreen still work?

I would be tempted if they offered (in addition to 3G) 32/64GB of storage, a better camera and longer battery life. MicroSD expansion would be a big plus too.
