I want to listen podcasts and music at work. I'm not supposed to because "What if the fire alarm went off and you didn't hear it?". Well then I'd probably catch on fire and die a very painful death. It's a risk I'm willing to take.

Anyhow, I'm looking for the least visible in-ear earbuds possible. Thin wires, transparent wires, tiny flesh colored earbuds, these sort of things. I don't think there are any wireless options for this yet.

I'm not an audiophile so sound quality really isn't important to me. In fact, I'm only going to be wearing one of the earbuds to reduce visibility, so it doesn't even have to be stereo.

I've got an ipod shuffle I'll be keeping in my pocket, then running the wires up underneath my shirt, and then I'll try to run the wire behind my ear or something like that. So, what are the most invisible earbuds you guys know?

If you push Etymotic ER-6s or ER-6is in far enough they're pretty discrete. Google brings up this, for example:

I should probably have mentioned that I'm a poor person with a tiny budget, and re-emphasize that I'm okay with poor audio quality. Seriously, it can sound like **** as long as it's cheap and invisible, I'm only going to have one earbud in anyhow. I'll mostly be listening to podcasts, just people talking, not music.

But thanks for the suggestion, that's a very convincing photo!

the q-jays seem like a small earphone to me (at least from pictures) and they are qualitywise very good, so you can listen to music too

given his requirements this will likely be beyond the pale.

Phlog,
I work in the same type of environment, and like you quality is no issue because I mainly listen to podcasts.  The Skullcandy Asyum is a very discreet earbud because the wire goes over the ear and does not just hang down.  I also run the wire under my shirt, so the wire goes straight from over the top of the ear, into the hair and down the back.  The price is great for around $30, and is even okay for some music.  The skulls are mirrored but can be popped out.  I wear mine everyday and nobody seems to notice!

Meelectronics M6 might be an option.  It comes in clear, cable routes over-the-ear and is pretty inconspicuous.  Not too expensive, either (should be able to find them for around $20).
